SE1484 : Deep Gill Force

taken 13 years ago, near to East Witton, North Yorkshire, England

Deep Gill Force
Deep Gill Force
This is a rarity. Despite scouring the internet and the local library I found no photographic evidence of it until I ventured there myself. The 20ft fall is set in the wooded Valley of Deep Gill. The setting, above a small stone arch bridge, would have been delightful many years ago before the plantations took over the valley.
