Crawlaw Gill
This quite superb 100ft ravine Surrounded by featureless moorland comes as a surprise when heading South from the parking area on the minor road at Clove Lodge and is well worth a visit.
Note to Pennine way walkers. This is situated only a few hundred yards to the West of the P.W. and a five minute deviation from the path will get you there. You can then follow it's Eastern Edge the short distance to Clove Lodge.
