Swansea Museum, steam engine
Horizontal duplex steam engine from a lead rolling mill in the Lower Swansea Valley. Built 1901 by John Wilson & Son, Vulcan Foundry, Johnston, Scotland. The engine is fitted with slides valves and reversing link motion. Drive is via a reduction gear.
