Dunamon (or Donamon) Castle
Donamon Castle, on the south bank of the River Suck, is one of the oldest inhabited buildings in Ireland. The Annals of the Four Masters in 1154 listed it as the seat of the O'Finaghtys, who owned the land in the area. It is now owned and run by the Divine Word Missionaries.
