Kingskerswell Manor House (ruins)
Behind St. Mary’s Church lie the ruin of the old Kingskerswell Manor House, believed to have been in existence before 1387 as it is mention in old documents that suggest it was built by Sir John Dinham. It appears that in 1369 John Dinham was only 11 when he inherited the property but being so young the property was taken back into the ownership of the king, but passed back to Sir John in 1381.

It is a scheduled monument and trespassers are discouraged by fencing and warning notices. The remains of a tall tower can be seen with a hint of the edge of a large arch and a small arched window edged with a few red breccia/sandstones above what appears to be a fireplace.
