A site, at Kincora Avenue, beside the Belmont Bowling Club for which the following planning application was approved on 31 December 2013: “Z/2013/0407/F 8 Kincora Avenue Belfast BT4 3DW Erection of 5no detached 2 storey dwellings (change of previously approved scheme Z/2007/0199/F) Erection of 5no detached 2 storey dwellings (change of previously approved scheme Z/2007/0199/F)”. The following application for planning permission has been advertised “27/05/2014/F Kincora News [sic] 10 Kincora Avenue Belfast BT4 3DW Erection of 3 apartments (1 no 2 bed and 2 no 1 bed) in substitution of 2 no 4 bedroom houses with parking from previously approved application Z/2001/3270”.
