The bus stop has been re-instated although the intention was (I understand) that buses and non-delivery traffic would eventually be excluded. Continue to J3374 : Donegall Place, Belfast (21).
The "Streets Ahead" project, Belfast
A scheme described officially thus: “The Belfast: Streets Ahead project will improve the parts of Belfast City Centre the public have access to. This includes streets and squares as well as things like furniture, lighting, signs and landscaping. It can also include public art and sculpture. Work on the first phase of the project commenced in June 2007 and aims to be completed in Spring 2011.”
