The English as follows,

"On Sunday 25 March 1984, Philip MacGowan [or Smith], President of
the Ulster Council of the GAA, unveiled this plaque to mark a hundred
years of the Association, on the occasion of the 75th year of the Red
Hugh branch of the GAA and the opening of the new facilities at Father
O' Tierney Park. "
