Inside the remains of the old church (looking towards High Street). The church, which measures 78ftX24ft, was disused and roofless by 1845. The interior was later used for burials. The building is locked and not open to the public - this view is through a window on the north eastern side.

The Priory stands at the Bangor end of High Street surrounded by modern development. It was built as a parish church in about 1200. It later became a Franciscan friary, reverting to the status of a parish church after restoration in 1615. It became disused in the middle of the 19th century when replaced by a new parish church.
