The Seacliff Road at night
The Seacliff Road at night
Night time view of the Seacliff Road LinkExternal link from across Bangor Bay - the image was taken from the end of the 'Long Hole'. Taken at 8:52pm - the night was breezy and overcast and the waxing moon, low in the sky to the south, provided little additional light.
The Long Hole

Also known as the 'Big Hole', this small harbour in Bangor, now silted up and disused, was created when stone was quarried out in the 19th Century.
