Bridge over the Blackwater River
Bridge over the Blackwater River
The Meath Blackwater (An Abhaibb Dubh) discharges from Lough Ramor and flows south-eastwards to join the River Boyne. This bridge is built across the point of efflux. In Welsh such a point is called a "bala".
