Another night view of Bangor Marina Link . Houses on the Princetown Road as well as the terraces on Mount Pleasant and Mount Royal are seen behind. The boats are lit by lighting in the marina itself as well as light reflected from the surrounding street lamps, but my eye was caught by the yacht with the fairy lights. These are on the mast of the 'Xelha', a 57 foot long yacht which has come to Bangor for Christmas. The Dutch couple who live onboard have spent the last 7 years in the Mediterranean but travelled to Bangor to visit relatives. This was not a totally still evening - the boats and pontoons were moving gently in the swell.
