SD7776 : Fossil at the washfold

taken 12 years ago, near to Selside, North Yorkshire, England

Fossil at the washfold
Fossil at the washfold
The washfold looks like it has been recently re-built/refurbished and the stones are very clean and unweathered still. This fossil of a shell stood out clearly even though it is just a few centimetres long.
