Sunken track through Peckforton Woods
Sunken track through Peckforton Woods
The sunken track from the end of Barracks Lane towards Beeston is very pleasant in the afternoon sun. The trees near the track are mainly young birches and beeches, with much older oaks higher up on Stanner Nab
