SP0077 : In name only

taken 17 years ago, near to Longbridge, Birmingham, England

In name only.
In name only.
Although the MG and Rover logos survive this is no longer a car factory and much has already gone. This office block retained a preserved office from a previous owner (I can't remember if it was Len Lord's or Herbert Austin's). I saw inside it in BMW days and it was a little time capsule that had been relocated into this block. I'm sure somebody will tell us the story. I suspect it will not survive as is.
