"The Boat", Belfast (2)
Just over a year since the last photograph of this building J3474 : "The Boat", Belfast (May 2011). The light (mid-afternoon) today was unusual. Had it been January I’d have said that snow was on the way. The view is from the walkway, close to the Queen’s Bridge. Continue to J3474 : "The Boat", Belfast (3) (October 2012).
Lampposts, Queen's Bridge, Belfast
The ornate “fish” lampposts, on the Queen’s Bridge, Belfast were cast by the Sun Foundry, Glasgow - probably in 1885 or 1886. Still in use but no longer providing the main lighting.
"The Boat", Belfast
A series of photographs showing “The Boat” during and after construction. The building, facing Donegall Quay, is a mixed office and residential development. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the construction, letting or sale.
