Galway - Lynch's Castle / AIB Bank

Location is at the junction of Upper Abbeygate Street with William Street & Shop Street. This castle dates to early 1300s, though the current structure was mostly built in 1503 following a catastrophic fire. It was once home to Lynch Family, one of the Tribes of Galway. Now, it is and AIB branch bank.
