Galway - St Nicholas Collegiate Church - Feature #12
Galway - St Nicholas Collegiate Church - Feature #12
The Chapel of Christ contains the "Crusader's Tomb" dated to 13th or early 14th century, making it the oldest tomb in the church. It possibly came from a nearby chapel of the Knights Templar, which was destroyed in 1324. Also featured is an unusual circular oculus window.
