Carving, Terrace Hill, Belfast (3)
Part of a carving at Terrace Hill. To quote from the National Trust’s website “These wonderful pieces are the creation of Ivan McNally, a local chainsaw wood carver. Ivan has quite an imagination and also happens to be a very talented sculptor . . . . a totem where strange ‘things’ appear to be eating or not eating cake (just go and look)”.
Carvings, Minnowburn, Belfast

Some photographs showing the carvings, by Ivan McNally, for the National Trust, around Minnowburn, Belfast. The area close to the Edenderry Road (near Shaw’s Bridge) where there is a car park.
