Tintern Abbey
Tintern Abbey
Tintern Abbey in County Wexford is named after Tintern Abbey in Monmouthshire SO5300 from whence it was first colonised. This shows the west end and tower. The Lady Chapel to the right is unusually aligned parallel to the south transept (now demolished), and temporarily houses the reception desk since the visitor centre was destroyed by vandalism in 2011.
