NY1115 : Ennerdale Forest

taken 20 years ago, 3 km from Croasdale, Cumbria, England

Ennerdale Forest
Ennerdale Forest
Ennerdale forest occupies one of the most remote valleys in the Lake District. This view from below Bowness Knott gives a fantastic panoramic impression of this wild valley. The mountain peak of Pillar in the middle foreground and Ennerdale Water to the right of the picture add drama to the scene.
