This site remains with a “for sale” board. The agents’ brochure shows that it is much bigger than the house shown. It extends from Denorrton Park to the Station Road and includes the gardens to the rear.

A pair of semis, at the corner of Denorrton Park offered for sale as a “residential development opportunity”. The agents’ website describes them as “The subject incorporates a part cleared site and 2 No. detached dwellings. The site has full planning for 28 No. apartments and associated site works.” Note: the photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of geographical and historical record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale or any intended development.
