Discharging coal at Kilroot power station
Discharging coal at Kilroot power station
See J4690 : Kilroot Coal Jetty (September 2003). Kilroot power station seen from between Crawfordsburn and Helen’s Bay on the other side of Belfast Lough. The coaster “Jolanta” (right) is discharging coal at the station’s own jetty. The whole coal-handling area looks much more extensive in this view than when seen from a passing train on the Larne line.
