Bere Alston railway station, Devon
Opened in 1890 by the Plymouth, Devonport and South West Junction Railway on its line from Lydford to Plymouth. It's hard to believe now, but this used to be the main line from London Waterloo to Plymouth! View east towards Lydford, Okehampton and Exeter. Trains now reverse here on their journey from Plymouth to Gunnislake.
