Geograph - photograph every grid square

As the text now (2021) on the building, this part of Lanesborough is Baile-atha-liag in English Ballyleague - the town of the ford of the stones. The building was sadly fenced off and rotting away in the 2009 Street View and based on Tidy Towns Competition 2012 Adjudication Report but by July 2019 it had been cleaned up and looked habitable. Part of Sliabh Ban hotel it was apparently re-thatched by 2017 but then in the 2021 Street View the thatch was in poor condition the hotel having been sold in November 2020. It seems the 3 acre site has been earmarked for re-development since as far back as at least 2004 and plans to demolish it in 2008 were approved but based on Google’s September 2021 view I see no progress.
