Botanic Railway Tunnel, Belfast
Botanic Railway Tunnel, Belfast
Looking into the Botanic Tunnel from Botanic Railway Station - it runs almost all the way to City Hospital. Originally the tunnel just ran under the Lisburn Road but was extended when the line between it and Botanic was encased in concrete for a development which never happened - see J3373 : Railway renewal, Belfast (2).
