She arrived just after a male had been feeding Link .
A regular daily visitor to this feeding station but does not usually stay around for long.
Garden birds, Rhymney, 14th March 2013

This site regularly attracts a large variety and number of birds to its feeders. This was a fine sunny morning following a hard frost.
In addition to those shown in this selection of pictures, recent visitors have included, great, blue, coal and long tailed tits, robin, jackdaw, siskin, treecreeper and sparrowhawk.

These pictures were taken with a Panasonic DMC-FZ200 bridge camera set to intelligent auto mode and using a wireless remote control shutter release.
