J3373 : New petrol station, Belfast (5)

A site, at the corner of Great Victoria Street and Ventry Street. Once the site of Henry Martin’s builder’s yard J3474 : Old harbour bollard, Donegall Quay, Belfast which was replaced by the Belfast Ice and Cold Stores. In more recent times, after the demolition of the Stores, it was a Shell petrol station. The proposed 37-storey mixed-use building was refused planning permission. The site remained vacant following the insolvency of the developer. There is now planning permission for an unattended petrol station.
Some photographs showing petrol company names, logos and stations in Northern Ireland. Many of the names common in GB do not trade in NI. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any consumer body, Trading Standards or HM Revenue and Customs.
