The sailing ship 'Gulden Leeuw' Link

in Bangor Bay. A three-masted topsail schooner, the boat was built in 1937 and launched as the 'Dana'. She was originally used as a biological research ship for the Danish ministry; latterly she was used as an offshore support ship and as a sail training ship for the Danish Nautical School. She was restored in 2010 and renamed the 'Gulden Leeuw', now used as a sail training ship or for corporate hospitality, seminars and day trips.
