You could hardly reach 80Kmh on this narrow road - however 80Kmh was the default replacement for the old "national speed limit" sign (which circle with a black strike), which, by default was 60 miles per hour.

The road provides access to a couple of dwellings on the banks of the Blackwater river's estuary.
