Mass station on the western slopes of Tievedockaragh
The station consists of an altar and a large cross and two inscribed tablets. The tablet on the right commemorates the massacre of Fr Haigan and his congregation at this spot during mass during the Penal Times. The one on the right marks the visit of John Paul II to Ireland in the 1980s.
