The turrets facing Donegall Square South. I don’t expect this view to change much but the red sandstone has become a bit weary with the passage of time and might be a candidate for cleaning.
The proposed Scottish Mutual hotel site, Belfast

An imposing sandstone, turreted structure at the corner of Donegall Square South and Bedford Street, the Scottish Temperance (later Scottish Mutual) Buildings were built in 1904 to a design by Henry Seaver and remain “as built”. It was reported (July 2013) that the intention is to convert the building into a hotel incorporating ground-floor bars and restaurants.
