Cuddy Ducks - Amble Harbour
Cuddy Ducks - Amble Harbour
'Cuddy' ducks are named after St Cuthbert who resided on nearby Lindisfarne. Correctly known as Eiders, these beautiful ducks were sheltering in the inner harbour away from the gale force wind and rough seas further out.
