Leeds Industrial Museum - steam pumping engine
This little 'table pump' was built by Carrett, Marshall of the Sun Foundry, Leeds, predecessors of Hathorn, Davey. It was used at York Carriage Works until 1966 and is dated 1858. This is a very pretty and historically important device.
