Fire damage to a vacant former shop at the corner of the Newtownards Road and Welland Street. Previously seen (before the fire), on the left, in J3674 : Vacant shops near the Holywood Arches, Belfast (2013) (August 2013). See also J3674 : Fire-damaged building, Connswater, Belfast (2).

Nos 374-378 Newtownards Road, Belfast

Buildings on the Newtownards Road, opposite the Albertbridge Road, renovated and subsequently damaged by fire. Currently (February 2015) offered for sale. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the ownership or sale.
The site had the following planning permission (19 April 2007) “Z/2005/2375/F Erection of four storey building including ground floor retail unit and 8 No. apartments above. 374-378 Newtownards Road/1-7 Welland Street, Belfast”.
