The northern side of Donegall Street, at the Waring Street end. The Premier Inn (Cathedral Quarter) J3374 : New hotel, Belfast is on the right. The former Eason’s J3374 : No 17 Donegall Street, Belfast is the building with green shutters. Next left are nos 19-21, a vacant building which Belfast City Council proposes to acquire for conversion to “managed workspace” as part of an urban regeneration programme.
