Recent catapulted rock in the Grind of the Navir
One knows that this is an active location for cliff erosion and that rocks are hurled far inland by the force of the sea. It is sobering though to go and see what must have been recent additions to this age-old phenomenon. There are fresh cleaved surfaces on high bedrock back from the cliffs and the rocks themselves further inland all clean as if just split.
