Casino at Marino
Casino at Marino
Not a casino in the modern sense - it is a folly built by James Caulfeild, the 1st Earl of Charlemont, from a design by Sir William Chambers. Located in the grounds of Marino House, it was completed in about 1775. It is regarded as one of the finest examples of Neo-Classical architecture in Ireland.
