The 181m (29538 DWT) bulker 'Voge Fantasy' Link alongside the 123m (8334 DWT) 'Wilson North' Link a few miles off Bangor near the mouth of Belfast Lough. As widely reported in the press (see Link , Link ) the former, heading to Belfast from the Ukraine with a cargo of maize, reported that part of the cargo was on fire when off the south-west coast of England. On arrival and anchoring here on the 15th May 2014, fire brigade personnel were transferred onboard from Bangor. After that there was inactivity for several weeks until the arrival of the 'Wilson North' alongside and part of the cargo was transferred, via onboard cranes, to this vessel and brought to Belfast. On the 17th June the 'Voge Fantasy' itself was finally allowed to dock in Belfast.
