See J5082 : Bangor's new lifeboat. The naming of a new lifeboat is traditionally done by someone connected with the donor. It is both a naming ceremony and an expression of gratitude to the donor. This was the scene on the North Pier, Bangor some 45 minutes before the ceremony was due to start. The station is at middle top and the boat at middle right.
