The view from Queen’s Quay, across the Lagan, to Donegall Quay and “The Boat”. Some 80 minutes after high water the weir (right) is still open.

A series of photographs showing “The Boat” during and after construction. The building, facing Donegall Quay, is a mixed office and residential development. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the construction, letting or sale.
