See J3374 : Commercial Court, Belfast. Exchange Place is another of the entries. In the 17th and 18th centuries this was the commercial centre of Belfast before Lord Donegall’s schemes of the 1780’s and 90’s changed the area. Later, Victorian developments, saw the commercial area move south to where it has remained ever since. The view is towards Donegall Street.
