The house was demolished this week. It’s now easy to see the large garden which made it a suitable candidate for residential redevelopment.

The site of a detached house, on the Holywood Road near Sydenham Avenue, with (on 7 May 2014) an agent’s board announcing “Exciting new development coming soon”.
