Bangor Lifeboat 'Jessie Hillyard' being recovered from the water and towed back up the harbour slipway to the lifeboat house. It had been launched on an emergency to recover a small boat with engine problems drifting off Groomsport. After a successful rescue and towing the casualty to the safety of Groomsport harbour, the lifeboat returned to Bangor.
