View from Ballaghcummer bridge
Ballaghcummer bridge is a really handsome multi-arch stone bridge, but it is impossible to get a good photo of it from the road - especially when the day is dull, which it was. So this is the view of the Argideen River that flows under it, eventually reaching the sea at Timoleague 11km to the east. The rising green fields on the far side of the river are also in the square, and possibly also the higher ground beyond.
