The premises now have a sign announcing “Northern Ireland’s first self-serve froyo bar”. Froyo is frozen yoghurt Link
. It will be interesting to see how the EWAY bus lanes Link
affect this and other suburban businesses (assuming that they are not peak only).

A shop, at the corner of Eastleigh Crescent, previously used as a beauty parlour, for which there is the following application for planning permission: “Z/2014/1257/F 22/09/2014 Change of use from beauty parlour to ground floor ice cream cafe with replacement shop front”.
