The upper part of North Street, between Royal Avenue and Peter’s Hill, is an area of serious urban blight. There are some local businesses still trading among the dereliction. This is a derelict property opposite Gresham Street. It can be seen, before the disguise, in the background in J3374 : North Street car park, Belfast (1) (April 2010).
