A building, at the corner of Cabin Hill Park, which seems to have been built in the “inter-war” period. Previously an accountants’ office and now (December 2014) vacant and to let. In 1943 it was occupied by Kerr & Reid, grocers. There is the following application for planning permission: “Z/2014/1541/F 17/11/2014 481 Upper Newtownards Road Belfast BT4 3LL Change of use from offices to cafe, awnings to front and side of building, and new access door to side of building (corrected description)”.
