Tavistock North Railway Station
Tavistock North Railway Station was completed on 19th July 1889 and was opened to passenger traffic on 2nd June 1890. It served the Plymouth, Devonport & South Western Junction Railway. The Beeching Report took its toll and the last train to use this station was on 6th May 1968. During May 1999 the building became Grade II listed by English Heritage.
