Vacant buildings, Donegall Road, Belfast (February 2015)
Vacant buildings, Donegall Road, Belfast (February 2015)
Two vacant and semi-derelict former houses (nos 266 & 268), converted to shops, opposite Roden Street. I cannot find any reference to a planning application for demolition or renovation. To avoid any confusion the chippy (right, at the corner of Donegall Avenue) is no 270 and is open for business.
No 270 Donegall Road, Belfast

A vacant building, at the corner of the Donegall Road and Donegall Avenue, with the following planning permission (26 April 2018) “LA04/2017/2796/F Sub-Division of existing ground floor unit to create 2 retail units & conversion of 3 bedroom apartment to 3No. 1 bed apartments, works to include dormer window and new shop front.  270 Donegall Road Belfast”.

I have no connection with the property and cannot enter into correspondence.
